Introducing Chef André! Creator of Schoppee Farm's Pâte de Fruit

This week we want to introduce to you our good friend and creator of the “Old Fashioned Pate de Fruit,” Chef André Gamard. André is a retired French chef and responsible for the creation of all our confections. Each small batch is handmade using traditional techniques originating from 10th century France.
