Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 60 days. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, let us know. All we ask is that you give it a real try. Please don’t send back a full can or bottle, give it a shot. If it really doesn’t work let us know and we will make it right.
These Terms and Conditions of Purchases and Refunds (“Terms”) govern all product and service purchases from Good Omen Ventures, LLC. dba Schoppee Farm ( “us”, “our”, or “we”) via schoppee.com and shopschoppee.com (the “Website”) or from any other source. We offer legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a cultivation license from the State of Maine Department of Agriculture. Maine has implemented an agricultural pilot program under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Schoppee Farm makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website or that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming products available on the Website.
None of the products listed on the Website have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). By using this Website, you acknowledge that you understand that the statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA; that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or ailment; and that results from our products may vary. Always check with a physician before trying any new dietary supplement, medicinal herb, or botanical extract.
Although Schoppee Farm does ship throughout the U.S., we encourage all of our customers to do their down research into their individual state and local laws.
We often set limits on the number of products that you may purchase on the Website because of limited availability. If we determine after you make a purchase that some or all of the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.
We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made through our Website: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.
After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and/or send you a confirmation email with an order reference number. It is your duty to confirm that an order was placed by reviewing the confirmation email.
We require up to two full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average delivery time is three to seven business days. Please allow seven business days before contacting us with any questions concerning the status of your order.
We only ship our products within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all orders via USPS or UPS at our discretion. We provide tracking numbers at the time of shipping.
All products sold will come in nitrogen purged, hermetically sealed, recyclable packaging inside kraft cardboard boxes with generic return information.
All orders also come with a standard “Notice to Law Enforcement” and a copy of the test results for that product’s corresponding batch. We do not include a bill of lading or an invoice inside the package.

Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Our orders are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 60 days from the date of shipment. At your choice we will either refund or replace products if you are not satisfied with a purchase, with the exception of any shipping or other fees. We reserve the right to request you return any products you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order. If we request the return of a product we will cover the return shipping by issuing you a shipping label.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification:
By purchasing any product on the Website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schoppee Farm and its agents, managers, officers, directors, representatives, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order.
In no event will you be entitled to recover from Schoppee Farm any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, or any damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, business, or goodwill, even if the Schoppee Farm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
