Andre is a classically trained French chef, and grew up in Bourges. Andre attended the hospitality school of hotel management and cooking at Saint-Amand in the Department of Cher. Andre has lived in many places sharing his culinary expertise including Paris, Montreal, and the Four Seasons in New York City. Andre was chef-owner at Le Marmiton for over ten years. Andre then moved to Maine to retire and connected with long-time friend Ben Edwards to collaborate on confections for the Schoppee Farm. Andre is most proud of his famous pate de fruit!
Andre can almost always be found in the kitchen working on a new creation, however, in his down time he enjoys time with his pup Cadice and working in his garden.
