How are these gummies legal?
Federal law (2018 Farm Bill) defines hemp as cannabis with not more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by weight. Each UNWIND gummy weighs 6 grams, which means it can legally contain up to 18mg THC. At 5mg per gummy, UNWIND is well under the federal limit — and it's MOFGA-certified organic, full-panel lab tested, and made on a Maine farm we've operated for nine generations.
Does this product contain delta-8 THC or synthetic cannabinoids?
No. Never. UNWIND uses naturally occurring delta-9 THC from full-flower hemp rosin we press ourselves. Delta-8 and other "converted" cannabinoids are made by treating CBD with petrochemical solvents and industrial acids. We don't make those products, and we wrote Maine state law (LD 1920) partly to put 21+ age-gating and child-resistant packaging requirements on companies that do.
Will I feel it? How fast?
Yes. Onset is ~20 minutes if you let the gummy dissolve in your mouth before swallowing. Most adults feel a soft, body-forward calm at 5mg. Want it lighter? Take half.
How long do effects last?
3 to 5 hours for most people. Metabolism, body weight, and what you've eaten all affect duration.
Will it show up on a drug test?
Yes. UNWIND is federally compliant hemp, but it contains real THC. If you're tested for work, don't take it.
Why "flower rosin" instead of distillate?
Rosin is solventless concentrate pressed from the whole hemp flower — no chemicals, no stripping. Distillate (the standard in the industry) isolates one molecule and throws the rest away. Rosin keeps the terpenes, the minor cannabinoids, the plant. It's harder, slower, and more expensive. We do it on purpose.

According to a report from the World Health Organization (WHO), “In humans, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential…To date, there is no evidence of public health relate problems associated with the use of pure CBD.”
What is the difference between THC and CBD?
Short answer: THC (tetrahydrocanabinal), and CBD (cannabidiol) are both naturally occurring cannabinoids. THC is psychoactive and it is intoxicating. It is the component of marijuana that gives users the “high”.
