DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For best results massage into the affected area 1-3 times daily, or as needed. A good place to start is with a pea sized amount. Roughly what will fit comfortably on the back of a fingernail. This will be approximately 1/2 (0.5) gram of salve and about 17 mg of CBD.

*A note about dosage; while CBD is well tolerated in the human body, even in high doses, it is best to “start low and go slow”.
